Discount Codes
Baby Birds reserves the right to exclude certain brands or products from a discount code. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Any codes or discounts may be removed at any time. Discount codes are not valid for orders shipped overseas. Baby Birds reserves the right to end promotions at any time.

Stock Availability

Our website uses a stock system where all items physically in stock will be labelled ‘1-2 Day Delivery’. Items showing ‘pre-order’ means there is no stock currently available but it can be ordered in advance. Many of our items are dropshipped, therefore we are unable to provide an exact delivery date. We will let you know if there is a delay in sending out your order as soon as we can.

Returns
Any unsatisfactory or missing items from the order must be reported within 14 days. Baby Birds are happy to offer refunds if goods are returned in the condition they were received within 14 days – although the return carriage is payable by our customers. Baby Birds can arrange collection within mainland UK and deduct the £20 per box carriage cost from your refund. Please note, all items must be returned in the original packaging. If the packaging is missing or damaged, Baby Birds reserves the right to deduct up to 25% from your refund, in addition to the collection charge. Warranty
We offer a full 12 month warranty on all prams and furniture. Other warranty periods are dependent on the manufacturer.

Baby Birds arrange the first collection under warranty free of charge. If you miss the collection there is a charge of £20 per collection missed so please provide a suitable time and location. Where an item has to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection/repair (either under warranty or chargeable), Baby Birds is not liable to provide the customer with a loan item. Overseas shipping is not refundable or covered under warranty terms whether the item is faulty or not required. If the item is taken overseas, or damaged by an airline, the warranty is automatically voided.

Web security
Our website is hosted on a secure server and we take all reasonable precautions to ensure your information is kept secure. We do not share your information with any third party. All payments are processed using anti-fraud software through a safe gateway. If your payment is classified as a medium or high risk transaction, we reserve the right to put a hold on your delivery until requested documentation is provided.

Baby Birds makes every effort to ensure accuracy of descriptions and depictions on our site. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. Baby Birds disclaims any damages of any kind pertaining to the use of the website www.babybirds.co.uk.

Order Acceptance

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between yourself and Baby Birds will take place on the delivery of the products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our cancellation procedure.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

• The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
• Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
• The identification of a pricing or product description error
• Suspected fraudulent activity

Applicable law: the sales contract is completed in England.

We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
